1. The item can be exchanged with another item of same value or higher or with a voucher valid up to 2 months within 15 days of delivery date. Please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] with your contact details before returning the item.
  2. The item may only be returned by presenting the receipt or gift receipt.
  3. No refund is offered if the returned item is damaged or used.
